PERUBAHAN STATUS HEMODINAMIK DAN TERMPERATUR PADA BBLR DENGAN METODE SKIN TO SKIN CONTACT

Abstract


Berat badan saat lahir merupakan indikator umum yang dipakai untuk menggambarkan pertumbuhan janin dan nutrisi saat dalam kandungan. Jumlah kelahiran BBLR di seluruh dunia  sebesar 15.5%  yang berarti terjadi pada sekitar 20.6 juta bayi yang lahir setiap tahunnya dan 96.55% berada di negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia. Bayi baru lahir memiliki delapan kebutuhan prioritas yaitu  pemeliharaan respirasi, pembentukan sirkulasi ekstrauterin, pengontrolan suhu, nutrisi, fungsi eliminasi, pencegahan infeksi, pembentukan hubungan bayi-orang tua, perawatan perkembangan, perawatan fisiologis, stimulasi perkembangan.   Tujuan penelitian untuk  mengetahui pengaruh skin to skin contact terhadap perubahan status hemodinamik dan temperatur pada BBLR di rumah sakit Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan  desain eksperimen dan rancangan case control.  Populasi  dalam  penelitian ini adalah  BBLR  yang lahir di RS Provinsi Lampung. Jumlah sampel (N) = 36 untuk tiap kelompok. Hasil penelitian terdapat perbedaan  signifikan rata-rata temperatur (0,000), detak jantung (0,035) dan saturasi (0,000) pada kelompok kontrol dan intervensi yang berarti bahwa skin to skin contact  mempengaruhi temperatur, detak jantung, saturasi, dan tidak terdapat perbedaan rata-rata pernafasan, warna kulit dan CRT pada BBLR di rumah sakit Provinsi Lampung. Saran : skin to skin contact dapat diterapkan lebih rutin untuk meningkatkan status hemodinamik dan  temperatur pada bayi baru lahir.
