HUBUNGAN ANTARA CAPAIAN INDIKATOR KESEHATAN BAYI DENGAN KEMATIAN BAYI

Abstract


Angka kematian bayi (AKB) adalah kematian anak yang berumur kurang dari 1 tahun. AKB di Indonesia masih tinggi yaitu 24/1000 lahir hidup dimana provinsi Lampung merupakan salah satu penyumbang terbesar kematian bayi padahal capaian indikator program kesehatan bayinya sudah tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara capaian indikator kesehatan bayi dengan kematian bayi di Provinsi Lampung tahun 2018. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan populasi data capaian indikator program kesehatan bayi dan kematian bayi di seluruh puskesmas se-provinsi Lampung tahun 2018 yang berjumlah 305. 274 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi diambil sebagai sampel penelitian. Analisis data univariat menggunakan analisis deskritif dan analisis bivariat menggunakan chi square. Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan reponden berdasarkan kasus kematian bayi terbanyak ada kasus kematian bayi (74,45 %), cakupan cakupan kunjungan neonatal terbanyak ≥ 94 % (75,91%); cakupan ASI eksklusif terbanyak < 80 % (88,69%) dan cakupan imunisasi dasar lengkap terbanyak ≥ 92,5 % (77,37 %). Hasil analisis bahwa indikator kesehatan bayi yang berhubungan secara signifikan dengan kematian bayi adalah kunjungan neonatal dan imunisasi dasar lengkap.
