PENGARUH PEMBERIAN JUS KURMA (PHOENIX DACTILIFERA) TERHADAP KONTRAKSI UTERUS DAN PEMBUKAAN SERVIKS SELAMA KALA I PERSALINAN

Abstract


Kelahiran bayi adalah hal membahagiakan sekaligus menimbulkan ketakutan, kecemasan (stress) dan kelelahan. Stress dan kelelahan persalinan dapat menghambat kemajuan persalinan. Pemberian hidrasi, nutrisi, dan kenyamanan serta pengaturan emosi dapat mengurangi stres fisik dan psikologis saat persalinan. Buah kurma merupakan buah bernutisi baik yang bermanfaat bagi ibu hamil dan akan melahirkan. Konsumsi buah kurma secara signifikan mempercepat kala 1 fase aktif persalinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Jus Kurma terhadap Kontraksi Uterus dan Pembukaan Serviks selama Kala I Persalinan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) post test only control group design. Total sampel penelitian ini adalah 60 subjek dimana sampel merupakan sebagian ibu hamil dengan gravida <4 yang akan melahirkan di BPM Langgeng Kabupaten Pringsewu. Analisa data menggunakan uji Chi Kuadrat untuk data kategorik dan untuk data numerik dengan distribusi normal menggunakan uji T Test tidak berpasangan serta uji Man Whitney untuk data numerik dengan disribusi tidak normal.. Berdasarkan hasil uji Chi-Square dengan CI 95% didapatkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna (p<0,05) pada kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol dalam hal frekuensi, lamanya dan intensitas kontraksi uterus serta pembukaan serviks.
