Pengaruh Teknik Buzz Group Terhadap Pemahaman Tipe-Tipe Kepribadian Karier

Pre-experimental research design with one group pre test-post test design. The data collection method used in the study was a questionnaire. The research subjects consisted of 8 students with a low understanding of personality types. The results showed that the pre-test average was 8.1 with a percentage of 24% while at the post test 15 with a percentage of 46% an increase in the understanding of the specified career personality types of students. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, there is an average profit of 35 which defines an effective problem-solving technique to improve the understanding of career personality types of students of SMAN 2 Kota Serang.
