PENGARUH BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK DENGAN TEKNIK PERMAINAN TERHADAP PERENCANAAN KARIER SISWA KELAS XII SMAN 1 BOJONEGARA TAHUN 2021/2022

Abstract


The research is motivated by the problem of career planning of XII of State Senior High School 1 Bojonegara Middle School in 2021/2022 school year. The purpose of the study was to determine the picture of career planning and the influence of group guidance with game techniques. This type of research used in the study is pre- experimental design with one group pre-post test design, with a population of class XII students of 65 people and a sample of 8 people selected by purposive sampling technique. The data collection method uses a questionnaire of students' learning independence which has been tested for content validity and has 30 items out of 36 valid items. The results of the study found that there were high categories of 16 people with a percentage of 25%, a moderate category of 49 people with a percentage of 65%, and a low category of 0 . Data analysis techniques using the Wilcoxon test. The results of the pretest and posttest data analysis of career planning, obtained z count -2.524b < z table 36.00, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that it can improve career palnning after being given a group guidance with game technique to students class VII of State Senior High School 1 Bojonegara.
