PERAN MEDIASI KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DALAM HUBUNGAN ANTARA BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran mediasi komitmen organisasi dalam hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada pegawai Universitas Muhammadiyah Pringsewu. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei terhadap 144 pegawai yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling (sensus). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan OCB. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Komitmen organisasi terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB serta berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan OCB, tetapi tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan OCB. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,702 pada komitmen organisasi dan 0,714 pada OCB menunjukkan bahwa model memiliki daya jelas yang kuat dalam menjelaskan hubungan antarvariabel.
