PENGARUH MINDFUL EATING DAN YOGA TERHADAP TINGKAT STRES DAN INDEKS MASSA TUBUH REMAJA PUTRI

Abstract

Remaja putri merupakan kelompok yang rentan mengalami stres dan gangguan pola makan, yang berpotensi memengaruhi status gizi dan keseimbangan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran intervensi mindful eating dan yoga dalam menurunkan tingkat stres serta menjaga IMT pada remaja putri. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre-experimental dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design. Sebanyak 30 siswi SMA di SMAN 1 Rancaekek mendapatkan edukasi mindful eating dan sesi yoga rutin selama 8 minggu. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10), Mindful Eating Questionnaire (MEQ), serta pengukuran tinggi dan berat badan untuk menghitung IMT. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji t berpasangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan rerata skor stres yang bermakna dari 21,47 menjadi 15,13 (p=0.000), peningkatan skor mindful eating yang signifikan dari 2,61 menjadi 3,74 (p=0.000), serta penurunan rerata IMT yang signifikan secara statistik dari 22,81 menjadi 22,14 (p=0.032). Kesimpulannya, kombinasi mindful eating dan yoga secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap penurunan tingkat stres, peningkatan perilaku makan, serta menjaga kestabilan IMT remaja putri.
