IMPLEMENTASI LEARNING ORGANIZATION DALAM MANAJEMEN PROGRAM SEKOLAH RAMAH LINGKUNGAN (Studi pada UPT SMP Negeri 1 Pagelaran)

Abstract

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi learning organization dalam manajemen Program Sekolah Ramah Lingkungan di UPT SMP Negeri 1 Pagelaran melalui lima dimensi utama, yaitu personal mastery, mental models, shared vision, team learning, dan systems thinking, serta mengkaji kontribusinya terhadap penguatan pengelolaan sekolah ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan tenaga kependidikan, dengan pemilihan
informan dilakukan secara purposif berdasarkan keterlibatan dan perannya dalam pelaksanaan Program Adiwiyata. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik yang mencakup tahapan reduksi data, kategorisasi, interpretasi, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelima dimensi learning organization telah terimplementasi dalam manajemen program melalui refleksi individu, pembaruan pola pikir, pembentukan visi bersama, penguatan kerja sama tim, serta kemampuan memahami keterkaitan sistemik antarproses pengelolaan sekolah. Temuan ini
mengindikasikan bahwa penguatan budaya organisasi pembelajar berperan signifikan dalam mendukung keberlanjutan Program Sekolah Ramah Lingkungan dan berpotensi menjadi model pengembangan manajemen sekolah ramah lingkungan.
