ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA NY. J, BY.NY.J DI PMB WIWIT LESTARI KECAMATAN PRINGSEWU TAHUN 2024/2025

Continuity of Care is fundamental in the midwifery practice model to provide holistic
care, build sustainable partnerships to offer support, and foster a trusting relationship between
midwives and clients. Midwives provide continuous midwifery services starting from ANC, INC,
newborn care, postpartum care to family planning. They offer midwifery care from pregnancy,
childbirth, newborn, postpartum, to family planning. The objective of this research is to
understand Continuous Care Midwifery (COC) for Mrs. J G4 P3 A0 from 12 weeks of pregnancy,
childbirth, postpartum, newborn care up to 40 days postpartum during the use of contraception
(family planning) at PMB Wiwit Lestari, Bumiayu Village, Pringsewu District, Pringsewu
Regency, Lampung Province. The formulation of the problem in this case study research is as
follows: "Comprehensive Midwifery Care for Mrs. J at PMB Wiwit Lestari, Pringsewu District,
Year 2025." The benefit of this research for PMB is to serve as a reference to maintain and
improve the quality of comprehensive midwifery services. The research was conducted at Wiwit
Lestari, Bumiayu, Pringsewu, Lampung in 2025, carried out from October to June 2025. The
subjects in the case taken were pregnant women, postpartum women, women in the puerperium,
newborn babies, and mothers using contraceptives at PMB Wiwit Lestari Bumiayu Pringsewu
Lampung in 2025. The conclusion drawn shows that there was a decrease in nausea and vomiting
in pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum after being given ginger and honey water.
There was a decrease in pain and an increase in calmness with the recitation of the Quran. There
was an increase in breast milk after performing oxytocin massage. No infection occurred in the
care of the open umbilical cord. The basic needs of postpartum mothers for 40 days with family
planning care. Suggestion: It is expected to increase awareness that health examinations and
monitoring are very important in the continuity of care services.
