PENGARUH HYBRID WORK PERMANEN TERHADAP IDENTITAS PROFESIONAL DAN LOYALITAS KARYAWAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan hybrid work permanen terhadap identitas profesional dan loyalitas karyawan, serta menguji peran mediasi identitas profesional dalam hubungan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 200 responden yang terdiri dari 80 perempuan dan 120 laki-laki dengan rentang usia 25–45 tahun. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang terdiri dari 30 item pertanyaan yang mencakup variabel hybrid work permanen, identitas profesional, dan loyalitas karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, serta uji mediasi menggunakan Sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hybrid work permanen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap identitas profesional dan loyalitas karyawan. Selain itu, identitas profesional juga berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan serta terbukti memediasi hubungan antara hybrid work permanen dan loyalitas karyawan. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan sistem kerja fleksibel yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada efisiensi, tetapi juga pada penguatan identitas profesional guna meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan dalam organisasi modern.
