ESP ANALYSIS FOR HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATION STUDY PROGRAM

This study aimed to identify and analyze ESP learning materials for Hospital Administration students at Kusuma Husada University. This research adopted a qualitative descriptive approach. The object was 30 students of the Hospital Administration Study Program and the sampling technique used purposive sampling. A semi-structured questionnaire was distributed to the participants to gather information related to the student's needs and wants. The data analysis was descriptive in the form of numbers and percentages. The study revealed that the students not only learn English to support their academic field but also for their future professional careers.References
